Future Shock
When people of at least average intelligence do things, observe the result and then continue to do them, it is reasonable to infer that the result is what they want. And, if the result seems to make no sense, the relevant question is, Why do they want it?
Immediately Joe Biden was elected, he opened the border. When asked, DHS Secretary Mayorkas doubles down and gaslights the American public, claiming that the border is secure. “Nothing to see here; move along, move along.”
It has been opined by many on the political Right that the purpose of allowing millions of illegal aliens into the country is to change the voting demographic in such a way as to enshrine the Democrat Party in power for the foreseeable future. This is the “Great Replacement Theory.” I have read that, before it became public policy, strategists on the Left openly discussed it in just such terms. But recently it occurred to me that something darker may be going on.
Most Americans do not understand that the fiat monetary system is dying. Nothing can save it. War is one possible avenue of prolonging the inevitable; but such a war would go nuclear in short order, and I’m not sure the people in power are quite that crazy. Even in the case of world war, however, the result will be oppression at home. There simply won’t be enough of anything to go around. The lifestyle that Americans have taken for granted for generations is about to be swept away, and millions of clueless people are going to learn to their astonishment what the word poverty really means. There will be a scrambling for survival throughout the population.
Now, the people in power know this. They know that the Great Keynesian Experiment is coming to an end, and life is going to become a free-for-all. So why, at this point in the nation’s history, would they welcome ten million or more illegal aliens into the country, most of whom will have to be supported by the government for the foreseeable future, and many of whom are fighting-age men from countries who style themselves as our adversaries?
I think the answer almost suggests itself. Never let a crisis go to waste. These “newcomers” are shock troops. Most of them will simply be additional starving mouths seeking bread, coming from countries where survival mode is considerably more familiar and practiced than it is here. They will have a natural edge when law and order break down. The fighting-age men from hostile countries, on the other hand, will be using their skills to ramp up the chaos, bring down our infrastructure and destroy the country from the inside.
You see, the people in power have one huge problem that they cannot solve: a domestic population steeped in the culture of individual worth and of freedom as a natural right. These values support resistance against tyranny on a massive scale. They know they cannot enslave the American people with a frontal assault; so, they intend to let these “newcomers” do it for them. Once the devastation and destruction have reached a certain point, they will come in to take charge, clean up the mess and clap on the chains, once and for all.
“You will own nothing, and be happy.”
I think this is why the mega-rich are building themselves bunkers, and why Zuckerberg’s is in Hawaii. When I first heard about Zuckerberg’s bunker, I was puzzled — not that he would build it, but that he would build it there. Hawaii is seismically active and unstable; isn’t it? and, it is much more vulnerable to attack by America’s principal foreign adversaries than would be a bunker on the mainland.
And then it hit me. He’s more focused on an internal threat than an external one. In that scenario, choosing Hawaii makes sense.
I will be surprised if Trump is allowed to become President. I’m expecting something will happen to prevent it. I think we can take voter fraud on an unprecedented scale for granted; but will it be enough? Can they cheat that much without it being sufficiently obvious as to cause the American people to openly revolt? I don’t know. Some people think that they’ll simply cancel the election — that some sort of “black swan” crisis will erupt making it necessary to suspend the Constitution. Remember the virus? That experience could be considered a trial run. At the moment, I have no idea. But I’m pretty sure they won’t let go of power without a fight; and, if they think they have nothing to lose, the gloves and the masks will come off.
What advice can one look to, with this sort of future ahead? Because it’s coming. I think it’s a freight train, at this point, and it will not be stopped. I would think in terms like these: flee the cities; cultivate community with like-minded people; secure the means of self-defense; and acquire basic skills, like hunting, fishing, gardening, etc. But do it quickly. Time is running out.
