I've been told by my deity to be naked in worship, when alone. With others ... I think it could easily get in the way, with most people.

Over the years, many insights about the spiritual value of nudity have come to me. I appreciate your mention of vibration; that one had not occurred to me.

There were Hindu holy women, poetesses, highly respected, who lived naked. Perhaps the most famous was Lal Ded, aka Lalleshwari. She lived in a time when Hindus and Muslims seemed to get along much better than they have recently, and I think Muslims respected her as well as Hindus.

I cannot imagine worshipping my Goddess any other way, unless circumstances intervene. Simply being naked before Her is an act of worship, in and of itself.
