Medium doesn't encourage private responses. Just want to say. I noticed your recent upvotes for a comment I made on another thread, and I was very appreciative. I have posted some very outre stuff lately -- not the sort of material that someone who embraces rationality might find meaningful. I knew I was taking a chance at the time.

I am pretty sure you would never agree with my point of view, but I am nonetheless touched that you didn't give up on my altogether, when I must have seems to you as though I had become a Moonie, or somethint of that sort.
